Remarque

What are Remarques?
Remarques are personal illustrations drawn by hand directly onto the limited
edition print, in which the artist highlights a detail of the print. Each
remarque is a custom drawing, and can dramatically increase the visual impact of
your print, as well as its value, due to this unique feature.

ORDER OF CHERUBIM ANGELS

Inspired by the 14th-century Italian address in Latin verse of Robert of Anjou, now in the British Library, London.  Italian Renaissance.

Cherubim is the second of the nine Orders of Heirarchies of Angels, as described by Dionysus the Areopagite, who was a student of the Apostle Paul, and who had recorded what Paul had told him of his vision of the third heaven (2Cor 12:2).
